SITE PLAN ANALYSIS <br />The applicant, for a reasons outlined in the attached narrative, wishes to revise his approved Site <br />Plan, by amending the dimensions of the proposed building addition from 10’ x 25’ (or 250 SF) <br />to 12’ x 22’ (or 264 SF). No other revisions are proposed. The addition’s material will match the existing building. <br /> <br />To conclude, the revisions to the building addition dimensions is minor and staff recommends <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
