The proposed use <br />will consist of a small office and the keeping of not more than six vehicles for sale at any given <br />time. Because the business will be occupying an existing space there are only a few zoning <br />related issues relevant to the Special Use Permit review. Staff has determined those issues are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Office <br />The applicant intends to use a small portion of the existing building for an office use related to <br />the auto sales. Office uses are permitted uses in the I – 1 district and thus do not present any <br />zoning concerns. <br /> <br />Parking <br />The applicant has indicated a desire to store six vehicles on site during, and outside, business <br />hours. Also, the State dealer’s license the applicant will acquire requires a minimum of five <br />vehicles. Staff recommends allowing no more than six vehicles for sale on site at any given
