Reference monuments shall be placed in the ground following completion of <br />the subdivision as required by state law. <br />7. The applicant is encouraged to install additional screening measures to <br />limit/eliminate light spill over to the north, and the applicant shall be required <br />to correct any lighting problems that are identified following construction. <br />8.
