Palmer Drive is a City road and all permits for right-of-way work including utility and site access routes
shall be coordinated through them.

2. A copy of the recorded proposed ingress/egress agreement must be provided prior to construction.

3. Please provide a right of entry agreement for grading, removals, bituminous, curb and silt fence
placement on the BP site.

4. Provide an ingress/egress easement for the BP site for your secondary 1-way exit.

5. Stripe a one-way arrow on the pavement at this exist as well.

6. Crosswalk at mid-block will not be permitted, please remove. Pedestrians are encouraged to use
crosswalk at traffic light.

Storm Sewer-Grading

1. Add inlet protection to catch basin(s) Silver Lake Road and Palmer Drive (NE corner) where dirt may
track during construction.

2. Soils below infiltration basin not ideal for infiltration. Provide a maintenance pipe from IB to rock
swale with plug that can be removed when draw down is required or during plant establishment
period.
