Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Nichols-Matkaiti. <br />II. Roll Call <br />Members Present.......Chairperson Erin Nichols-Matkaiti, Commissioners Todd Biedenfeld, Kelly Frush, <br />Nasreen Fynewever, and Melissa Murphy <br />Members Absent ........Commissioners Jeanne Frischman and Tim McQuillan <br />Also Present ...............Ben Gozola – City Planner Ben Gozola and Mary Burg-Councilmember <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />Motion by Commissioner Biedenfeld, seconded by Commissioner Frush, to approve the September <br />18, 2018 agenda as presented. <br />Approved 5-0. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Minutes from August 21, 2018 <br />Chairperson Nichols-Matkaiti noted several name changes to the minutes. <br />Motion by Commissioner Murphy, seconded by Commissioner Frush, to approve the August 21, 2018 <br />meeting minutes as amended. <br />Approved 5-0. <br />V. Report from City Council Liaison <br />Councilmember Burg reported the New Brighton Farmer’s Market would run each week through <br />Wednesday, October 3rd. She stated VIPS would be sponsoring a blood drive on Wednesday, <br />September 19th at the Public Safety Building from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. She reported early voting <br />would begin at the Community Center on Friday, September 21st for the November election. She <br />explained NYFS would be hosting their Taste of Northeast fundraiser on Thursday, October 11th at
