The subject property is guided for community business by the comprehensive <br />plan, and churches can be permitted via a Special Use Permit (SUP) in the <br />corresponding B-1 zoning district. <br />2. Establishment, maintenance, and operation of a church at the proposed <br />location will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, <br />morals, comfort, or general welfare.
