Councilmember Dunsworth stated if the NB logo were pursued it could easily be added to City street signs. <br />Mayor Johnson requested staff move forward with the NB, map and middle left logos. She stated she was very <br />impressed and she appreciated the fresh new look these logos would have for the City of New Brighton. Fink <br />thanked the Council for their feedback and stated she would work with the designers to take into consideration <br />the comments made this evening. <br />Fink asked if the Council supported a specific tag line for the logo. <br />Councilmember Jacobsen stated his favorite tag line was Building Tomorrow Today. <br />Lotter recommended the Council ask the public to rank the logo options in order to gain further information on <br />what residents like and do not like about the potential logos. <br />Councilmember Allen asked if there were any other tag lines the Council wanted to consider. He commented <br />another option of the community engagement option would be to take suggestions from the public. <br />Mayor Johnson stated the public could be asked for alternative suggestions for the tag line. She requested the <br />logos be reviewed by the Council at their next work session meeting prior to being sent out for public <br />comment.
