Consideration of an Amendment to the Proposal for Engineering Services for City <br />Project 18-12 City Hall Roof, HVAC and Skylight Replacement. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Councilmember Burg thanked the Ditsch family for their generous donation to the Public Safety Department. <br />Councilmember Jacobsen thanked the New Brighton Lion's Club for their donations to the Law <br />Enforcement Explorers, Santa Cop, and Community Engagement in the amount of $5,000. <br />Mayor Johnson invited Chuck Hauble to speak regarding the upcoming event being sponsored <br />by the New Brighton Sportsman's Club. <br />Chuck Hauble stated the Sportsman's Club event has been turned into a raffle event as Long <br />didn't always have enough ice to support an ice fishing event.
