Ann Hoffman <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Minutes <br />A. October 5, 2005 <br />Jane Braun asked that a correction be made to the October minutes. Under B. <br />Water Quality Information and Input, in the second paragraph the sentence Rice <br />Creek is "impaired for aquatic life is missing the closing parenthesis. The sentence <br />will now read Rice Creek is "impaired for aquatic life". <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOTION BY DON HEINRICH, SECONDED BY TOM FULLER TO APPROVE THE <br />OCTIBER 5, 2005 MINUTES AS CORRECTED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />B. November9,2005 <br /> <br />Jane Braun asked that the November 9, 2005 minutes in section VI. B. be spelled <br />out with the meaning of LEED. Section VI. B. will now read: <br />Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEE D) Introduction, - Ed <br />Greacen, PREC Commissioner <br /> <br />MOTION BY DON HEINRICH, SECONDED BY TOM FULLER, TO APPROVED <br />THE NOVEMBER 9, 2005 MINUTES AS CORRECTED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />IV. Correspondence <br /> <br />A. CoundlReport <br />Steve Rymer gave a brief report for Ann Hoffman who was out of town on <br />business. The Council is working through the budget process and held the truth <br />and taxation meeting. Thirty to forty residents were present. This was the best <br />turnout there has been. The Council will consider adopting the final budget next <br />Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />A. None scheduled <br />
