<br /> <br />Homes would begin building townhomes within this development yet this fall. He indicated <br />the Council began discussions on the 2020 budget. He thanked the Public Safety Department <br />and all of the residents who participated in National Night Out. He commented on Stockyard <br />Days and noted this group was seeking volunteers to assist with planning next years events. <br />He noted 2/3 of the City’s water meters had been replaced. <br /> <br />VII.
