The implementation process that would be followed for body worn cameras was <br />discussed and it was noted the cameras would be in place sometime during the 2nd quarter of 2019. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Burg, seconded by Councilmember Dunsworth to open the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was opened at 6:59 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson asked for comments, there were none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Burg to close the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jacobsen thanked Public Safety Director Paetznick for all of his efforts on the City’s body <br />worn camera system and the proposed policy. <br /> <br />2. Consider Resolution to Approve a Modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for <br />TIF District 26. <br /> <br />City Manager Lotter reported Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola would be <br />presenting this item to the City Council. <br />Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola reviewed the proposed TIF budget <br />modification for TIF District 26 with the Council. He explained TIF District 26 dates back to 1997 and <br />reported this districts budget has been modified three other times. He stated modifications are to made to TIF <br />Districts if higher or lower than anticipated numbers occur. He indicated the budget modification would not <br />change the development in any way, but would amend the pooled bonds.
