Consideration of a Type-4 Non-Conforming Use Permit (NC05-05) for 308 7th <br />Street NW by Kim Heiderscheid Report No.06-014. Resolution No. 06-007. <br /> <br />I'rector of Community Development, Grant Fernelius gave an overview of <br />e proposed addition, explaining that any expansion of a non-conforming <br />structure requires approval. A Public Hearing was held on December 20, <br />2005, and the Planning Commission recommended approval. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Hoffman, seconded by Council Member Doffing to adopt <br />the attached resolution approving a type 4 non-conforming use permit (NC05-05) to <br />allow for the expansion of the existing single family home located at 308 7th Street <br />NW. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />4. Consideration of a Variance (VN05--04) and Site Plan Review (LJ>05..11) for 2397 <br />Palmer Drive by Kraus Anderson on behalf oftenant (Champp's) to construct an <br />outdoor patio.
