Consider Approval of Payments of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) 6968, ACH Payments <br />6969-6995 & Vouchers 157088-157158 for a total of $637,928.59. <br /> <br />2. Consider Resolution Appointing Individuals to City Commissions. <br /> <br />3. Consider Resolution Appointing Councilmembers to serve as Liaisons to City <br />Commissions. <br /> <br />4. Consider Application for Temporary Liquor License – Benedictine Health Center <br />at Innsbruck. <br /> <br />5. Consider Resolution Ordering Project 19-1, 2019 Street Rehabilitation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Allen, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to consider a Resolution <br />Ordering Project 19-1 the 2019 Street Rehabilitation. <br /> <br />City Manager Lotter indicated Community Assets and Development Director Schlichting would be <br />presenting this item to the Council. <br />Community Assets and Development Director Schlichting discussed the 2019 Street Rehabilitation project <br />with the Council. He discussed the 2.81 miles of streets that were included in the project area and commented <br />on their poor condition. He explained all asphalt would be removed, along with any clay noting this material <br />would be replaced with a solid base material and bituminous pavement. He indicated there would be a full <br />replacement of curb and gutters in watermain replacement areas and a partial replacement of curb and gutter <br />in other areas. He reported this project would cost $7,264,100. He stated 25% of the costs would be assessed <br />to benefiting properties which totaled $910,000. He reviewed the properties that would be assessed within the <br />project area, noting the assessment would be approximately $3,000 per lot.
