Proclamation naming the month of May as Arbor Month. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Allen, seconded by Councilmember Jacobsen to approve a Proclamation <br />naming the Month of May as Arbor Month. <br /> <br />City Manager Massopust indicated Parks and Recreation Director Fink would be presenting this item to the <br />Council. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Fink explained this proclamation was a way for the Council to recognize the <br />fact New Brighton was a Tree City USA. She reported the City was very proud of its urban forest. She <br />indicated this was the City’s 38th year celebrating Arbor Day and Arbor Month. <br /> <br />A roll call vote was taken. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson read a proclamation in full for the record declaring May to be Arbor Month and May 20th to <br />be Arbor Day in the City of New Brighton. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />1. Consider Approval of Payments of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) 10571–10727, ACH <br />Payments 10551-10722 & Vouchers 158551-158625 for a total of $1,225,076.51. <br /> <br />2. Consideration of Change Order 1 and Final Payment, Partial Payment 2 for City <br />Project 19-5, Brightwood Hills Golf Course Irrigation Service. <br /> <br />3. Consideration of Right of Entry Agreements for City Project 19-6, Sewer Capacity <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />4.
