30 <br />indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against all liability, claims, demands, damages, <br />or costs of any kind arising from or connected with any broker’s commission or finder’s fee or <br />other charge claimed to be due any person arising from the indemnifying party’s conduct with <br />respect to this transaction. <br /> <br /> Section 10.5. Titles of Articles and Sections. Any titles of the several parts, Articles and <br />Sections of the Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall be <br />disregarded in construing or interpreting any of its provisions. <br /> <br /> Section 10.6. Notices and Demands.
