Ordinance No. 880 <br />Short Term Rentals <br />214121 <br />116 (3) Council Review. The City Council may take action to reinstate, amend, or revoke a short term rental <br />117 permit upon findingtat any of the conditions set forth in Section 13-260 have been violated twice in <br />118 any 365 dayperiod. The City shall notify the short term rental permit holder, in writing <br />119 violations triggering the review, and the date upon which a public hearing will be held by the City_ <br />120 Council to consider the matter. Written notice of the public hearing shall be provided to the short term <br />121 rental permit holder and to all property owners within 350 feet of the property subject to the permit. <br />122 Such notice shall be mailed to the last known address of the owners at least 10 days prior to the hearing. <br />123 Following the hearing and subsequent discussion, the City Council may reinstate the permit, make <br />124 amendments to the permit conditions, or revoke the permit by adopting a resolution with findings of <br />125 fact that include the basis for the revocation. <br />126 (4) Effect of Revocation. <br />127 a. No person who has had a permit revoked under this Section shall be issued a short-term rental <br />128 permit for one year from the date of revocation. <br />129 b. A property that has had its permit revoked shall not be issued another short-term rental permit for <br />130 one-year from the date of revocation. <br />131 (5) Appeals.
