Special Use Permits and Variances: Request from Mounds View Public Schools <br />to amend an existing Special Use Permit in order to complete additions and <br />upgrades to Irondale High School located at 2425 Long Lake Road. Variances are <br />requested to building height for a new auditorium, parking spaces, and required <br />parking setbacks – PID 17-30-23-22-0043. <br />2. 2040 Comprehensive Plan Rezonings <br />a) Adoption of an ordinance rezoning property located at 2770 and 2750 I-694 <br />Service Drive from B-1 to R-3B (PIDs 19-30-23-34-0008 & 19-30-23-345- <br />0009) in conformance with the City’s new 2040 Comprehensive Plan. This <br />area, known as the Benedictine Health Center campus, is guided for “Mixed <br />Use Regional” development by the new Comprehensive Plan, and the <br />proposed rezoning would allow for consideration of a Planned Residential <br />Development in compliance with the new Comprehensive Plan.
