* <br /> <br />b) Adoption of an ordinance rezoning property located in the New Brighton <br />Interchange (known as the old New Brighton Elementary School and <br />surrounding lands – specifically PIDs 29-30-23-13-0021, 29-30-23-13-0020, <br />29-30-23-13-0022, 29-30-23-13-0023, 29-30-23-13-0025, and 29-30-23-13- <br />0024) from R-1 and B-3 to R-3B in conformance with the City’s new 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan. The area is guided for “Mixed Use Neighborhood” <br />development by the new Comprehensive Plan, and the proposed rezoning <br />would allow for consideration of a Planned Residential Development in <br />compliance with the new Comprehensive Plan. <br />VII.
