The proposed special use under the R-1 zoning classification is therefore <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />Notable Code <br />Definitions: <br /> BUILDING HEIGHT. The vertical distance above grade to the highest point of <br />the coping of the flat roof or to the deck line of a mansard roof or to the average <br />height of the highest gable of a pitched or hipped roof. <br /> SCHOOL. The <br />design encourages a sense of community and student ownership through creating new and more <br />flexible physical environments designed to support the schools core values. The school project <br />creates a welcome, comfortable, safe and secure place where students can embrace who they are.
