The applicant shall be required to correct any lighting problems that are identified following
construction.
7. The School District shall work with the County on potential restriping to accommodate
forecasted traffic volumes and improve levels of service, and on potential bump outs at
strategic locations to shorten crossing distances and provide larger refuge.
8. The number of parking permits issued to students should be adjusted to account for available
parking spaces; and steps such as promotion of carpooling, ride sharing, bus usage, biking,
and walking should be promoted to help reduce the parking demand.
9. The School District shall work with the Public Safety committee to add additional “no
parking” signage as may be needed on Poppyseed Lane to alleviate need for a sidewalk in
the area.
10. The School District shall work with the City and County Park District regarding shared use
arrangements for the new NE lot, and resolution of any ROW issues along 25th Street NW.
11.
