Applicant’s Narrative: Murlowski Properties Inc. is proposing to move the existing concrete and asphalt rubble pile from the north of the site approx. 200 feet south. The purpose of the move is to free the already consolidated dirt portion north of the site for a future use. The move will also help further consolidate the southern portion of the landfill in order to achieve future uses. The property will operate no differently than the current operation and will remain in compliance with all current S.U.P conditions. Trucks will still come onto the site dump their load; the loader will push the material into a stockpile for future crushing purposes. The crushed product will mainly be used as class V road base. The operation on site has long been approved and have proceeded per our existing S.U.P.
