Criteria met. <br /> <br />Additional <br />Information: <br /> None <br /> <br />Engineering <br />Review: <br /> No issues were identified by engineering warranting a review memo; however, the <br />applicant should be required to address stormwater concerns if unforeseen issues <br />arise (or become foreseeable) as a result of on-site storage or proposed changes to <br />the storage configuration. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment: <br /> Staff has not received any feedback from surrounding property owners as of 8/13/18. <br /> <br /> <br />Conclusion: <br /> The application is requesting approval of a special use permit to authorize a moving <br />storage container & cargo container business that rents, sells and stores new and <br />used portable storage containers from the property at 401 1st Street SW. <br />Staff Recommendation: Per the analysis outlined in the report, staff is <br />recommending APPROVAL of the proposed site plan with conditions. <br /> <br />Commission <br />Options: <br />The Planning Commission has the following options: <br />A) RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST based on the <br />applicant’s submittals and findings of fact. <br />B) RECOMMEND DENIAL OF THE REQUEST based on the applicant’s <br />submittals and findings of fact. <br />C) TABLE THE ITEM and request additional information. <br />Based on an application date of 7/19/19, the 60-day review period for this <br />application expires on 9/17/2019. This deadline can be extended an additional 60 <br />days if more time is necessary. <br />
