Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />2. The proposed storage will not impact the use of surrounding properties, and will not impact <br />surrounding property values; <br />3. The proposed storage will not have any impact on the normal and ordinary development of <br />surrounding properties; <br />4. The subject site is adequately served by municipal utilities and infrastructure; <br />5. The proposed use can conform to all underlying z oning district requirements. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of the special use permit amendment shall be <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Storage over existing catch basin openings on the property shall be prohibited. <br />2. The applicant shall address stormwater concerns if unforeseen issues arise (or become <br />foreseeable) as a result of the on-site storage and/or proposed reconfiguration of on-site <br />storage via administrative approval. <br />3. A sign permit shall be obtained for any future signage changes requested on the property. <br />4. All existing/old parking lot striping not specifically approved as part of this SUP shall be <br />removed to eliminate confusion as to where parking is and is not allowed. <br />5. New striping for designated car/vehicle parking areas shall be applied to the pavement per <br />the approved final plan. <br />6. Reconfiguration of the approved storage layout, which does not substantially change or <br />increase overall storage on the property, may be administratively approved by City staff <br />provided the amended storage pattern is approved by public safety and will always allow for <br />emergency access to all areas of the site. <br />7.
