The new salt shed location will not have any impact on the normal and ordinary development <br />of surrounding properties; <br />4. The subject site is adequately served by municipal utilities and infrastructure; <br />5. The proposed use can conform to all underlying zoning district requirements. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of the special use permit amendment shall be <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All lighting shall be directed downward and installed so as to prevent direct light from being <br />detectable at the lot line; lighting is also not to shine directly into the public right -of-way. <br />2.
