<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> interoffice MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />to: Ben Gozola, Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development/City Planner <br />from: Dustin Lind, Engineering Supervisor <br />subject: 3595 New Brighton Road <br />date: September 10, 2019 <br /> <br />The Engineering Department has reviewed the site plan for the property at 3595 New Brighton Road and <br />we offer the following comments: <br /> <br />Streets – Parking Lot <br /> <br />1. Future paving, curbing, drainage plans, and drainage calculations must be submitted for review <br />and approval. <br /> <br />2. A permit will be required from the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Watermain <br /> <br />1. An Outside Sewer and Water Permit will be required by the City and all sewer/water connections <br />shall be inspected by Public Works. <br /> <br />2. The proposed water service cannot be connected to the hydrant lead. Connection to the existing <br />watermain shall be made along the north/south watermain located to the west of the proposed <br />building. <br /> <br />3. Provide information on water service size, material, and depth. Show elevations and insulation <br />where water service will cross the existing storm sewer. <br /> <br />4. A right of entry agreement with the property at 85 2nd Ave SE may be needed for the work <br />associated with the water service connection. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />1. Provide information on sanitary sewer service size, slope, and material. A cleanout should be <br />considered.
