A permit from Ramsey County may be required for all work adjacent to County Road H. <br /> <br />2. Identify handicap route to play area with ramps and additional spot elevations. <br /> <br /> <br />Storm Sewer-Grading <br /> <br />1. All storm sewer utilities within the site are to be considered private and are the responsibility of the <br />property owners for construction and maintenance. <br /> <br />2. A permit will be required from the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />3. Add inlet protection to catch basins on adjacent streets (Sunnyside Terrace, Rainbow Lane). <br /> <br />4. Call out curb cut and add spot elevations for bus parking lot discharge point. <br /> <br />5. Provide deal of Terratame. <br /> <br />6. Overflow routes to be shown on plan and stabilized (including the removal of aglime that is no <br />longer being used. <br /> <br />7. Additional spot elevations to be shown for Building Addition 2. <br />
