No change in uses is proposed. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that approval of the preliminary and final plat shall be subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall work with the City Attorney to finalize an acceptable roadway access <br />easement across the entire northern boundary of Lot 1, Block 1; easement to be dedicated as <br />part of the plat or as a separate instrument per Attorney direction. <br />2.
