Summary: Murlowski Properties Inc is seeking to amend previous approvals for their SUP <br />and Site Plan to allow for a potential future roadway down the chimney of the <br />property out to Old Highway 8. No changes in use are proposed. The <br />variance is necessary as technically the new roadway would not provide full <br />frontage on one of the proposed lots as required by code. <br />The purpose of this exercise is to demonstrate that a public or private road <br />could be constructed, and to create an Outlot that would allow for such. No <br />road will be constructed at this time.
