All general development conditions of preliminary approval (i.e. utilities to <br />be underground, lighting to be down directional, plantings to remove metal <br />cages around root balls, etc) shall continue to be applicable to Final PRD <br />approval. <br />4. The Applicant shall obtain a sign permit from the City prior to construction <br />of monument signage. <br />5. A final landscape plan must be submitted, and Black Hills Spruce shall be <br />replaced with Myers Spruce on the final plans. <br />6. A final lighting plan must be submitted, and all requirements of code shall <br />be met before installations occur. <br />7. Developers shall coordinate their development activities with the Fire <br />Marshal and Community Engagement Officer during construction. <br />8.
