Proposed building materials are allowed by code and will match the existing <br />principal structure. <br />3. The proposed building height will be less than the 36-foot maximum allowed <br />in the B-1 district. <br />4. Proposed landscaping will meet all requirements for building expansions. <br />5. Improvements do not pose a parking or traffic risk. <br />
