<br />9. Drainage – Existing and Future <br />Options for improved drainage are limited at this time due to the relatively small difference in <br />grade between the finished floor elevations (905’‐906’) and the invert elevation of the existing <br />storm sewer surface inlet at 902.5’. We are not adding impervious surface and it is our <br />understanding we will not require permitting from RCWS. <br />a. Existing drainage consists of utilizing parking surface for run off to a surface storm sewer <br />inlet. This has been supplemented by a 12” corrugated poly pipe just below grade that is <br />sloped to the inlet. <br />b. Future drainage to improve storm water and snow melt drainage for the 750 and 441‐ <br />445 properties by adding a catch basin(s) and connecting to a new deeper storm sewer <br />when the 2004 storm water project is completed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
