This schedule assumes a notice to proceed of March 20, <br />2020, and that the City will have received their old VA from the EPA by March 20, 2020. This project <br />schedule meets the EPA’s deadlines. <br />Work Tasks Deliverable Date <br />Notice to Proceed given March 20, 2020 <br />Task 1: Develop the RRA September 18, 2020 <br />Task 2: Update the ERP March 5, 2021 <br /> <br />6.0 Fee Estimate <br />The tasks listed in this proposal will be performed on a time-and-materials basis for the estimated fees <br />shown below. <br />Work Tasks Fee Estimate <br />Task 1: Develop the RRA $19,500 <br />Task 2: Update the ERP $17,000 <br />Base Proposal - Total Estimated Fees $36,500 <br />(1) Add an additional $3,000 for optional capital improvement costs, if desired. <br />(2) Add an additional $3,000 for optional emergency response training assistance, if desired. <br />Again, thank you for this opportunity.
