This provides a great opportunity to work with multiple departments and to educate <br />staff on new or existing response procedures. Barr can assist the City in planning and setting up an <br />emergency response training for an additional $3,000. Barr will work collaboratively with the City to assist <br />in developing the table top exercise. The training would be run by Eric Volk or other City staff, with <br />assistance by Barr as requested. <br /> Meetings: <br />o Two in-person meetings to determine what the City would like to include in the exercise <br />o Participation of three Barr staff in the tabletop exercise <br /> <br /> Deliverable: <br />o Emergency Response Tabletop Exercise Plan <br /> <br />3.0 City Responsibilities <br />The following are assumed responsibilities of City staff to complete this project: <br />1. Provide Barr the existing Emergency Reponses Plan (ERP) (if requested) <br />2. Provide Barr the existing DNR Water Supply Plan (if requested) <br />3. Provide Barr the existing Wellhead Protection Plan <br />4. Participate in Barr site visits, meetings, and discussions on water system for RRA and ERP <br />5. Provide timely responses to materials Barr prepares and submits to the City for its review <br />6. Submit online certification of RRA and ERP to EPA <br />7. Coordinate with other departments within the City, as needed <br />4.0 Project Team <br />The proposed water treatment services will be performed by the following Barr team: <br /> Julia Macejkovic Main client contact, project manager <br /> Kallie Doeden Technical lead
