The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement <br />Program; and <br /> <br />2. Old Highway 8 is designated as County State Aid Highway (CSAH 77) . <br /> <br />3. The subject road segment is located within the City. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Responsibility for Design Engineering <br /> <br />1.1. Plans, specifications and proposals will be in accordance with Mn/DOT State Aid <br />requirements. <br /> <br />1.2. The City will contract with a consultant to prepare plans, specifications, and <br />proposals for the Project, which will include, among other things, the design of <br />the intersection to accommodate a fourth leg to the south and the design of a <br />traffic control system with appropriate intersection modifications to Old Highway <br />8 to function safely and efficiently under traffic signal control. <br />
