With the Southdale Library’s Management team, plan and coordinate the <br />programs, services, outreach, partnerships, and collections offered through the library. Work as the <br />intermediary between the operations of Southdale Library and Library Administration. <br /> Manage the day to day operations of the library including the allocation of staff, setting priorities, <br />responding to and planning for facilities and security incidents. <br /> Directly manage and supervise 16 regular and 2 intermittent staff including recruitment, development, <br />training, daily task allocation, and support. Coordinate with Dean of the Division and Faculty Chair to plan <br />and delivery library services to students, faculty, and MnPALs consortia members.
