<br />Recommendation:
<br />1. To accept all bids and adopt the attached Resolution awarding a contract for City Project
<br />19‐7, New Brighton Public Works Warm Storage Building Remodel to the lowest
<br />responsible bidder, TMG Construction Inc., for $679,250 which includes the Base Bid and
<br />Alternate #3.
<br />2. Accept paint quotes and authorize Director of Community Assets and Development to
<br />enter into contract with Slack Painting for $34,850 to paint the Warm Storage Building.
