<br />a. Advise and assist the City in assembling and accurately reporting underwriting <br />data for rating purposes, including updating property values. <br /> <br />b. Assist the City with the completion of the LMCIT renewal forms based on the <br />data supplied by the City. <br /> <br />c. Advise and assist the City in evaluating and selecting among coverage <br />alternatives such as deductibles, limits, optional coverages, alternative <br />coverage forms, etc. <br /> <br />d. Review the LMCIT insurance policies and invoices for completeness and <br />accuracy. Confirm that the policies and schedules have been updated with the <br />new data supplied during the renewal process. <br /> <br />e. Advise the City on potential gaps or overlaps in coverages. <br /> <br />f. Assist the City as requested in submitting claims and interpreting coverage as <br />applied to particular claims. <br /> <br />g. Conduct quarterly reviews of open claims. Review claim reserves for <br />appropriateness. <br /> <br />h. Assist as requested with safety and loss control activities. <br /> <br />i. Assist the City in identifying risk exposures and developing appropriate <br />strategies to address those exposures. <br /> <br />j. Perform other duties customarily handled by an insurance agent and agreed <br />upon by both the City and Corporate Four such as, but not limited to, providing <br />explanations of coverage, issuing certificates of insurance as needed, <br />providing unbiased recommendations, answering questions and resolving <br />issues. <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />5. The City Council hereby approves the Service Fee Agreement between the City and <br />Corporate Four and authorizes the Mayor and the City Manager to execute said <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
