REVIEW OF CALLS FOR SERVICE <br />•Calls are reviewed on a 6 month basis <br />•January 1 st thru June 30 th <br />•July 1 st thru December 31 <br />•Management is provided a report via mail containing calls for service and their <br />percentages <br />•Average of over .5 provisional calls for service per unit can trigger a review for provisional <br />licensure <br />•Provisional License <br />•Higher cost for the licensee <br />•Landlord must submit an approved mitigation plan prior to re -licensure <br />•They must also provide monthly reports to the city outlining their actions <br />•Last provisional consideration was in 2013
