11 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Our VCET Officer assisted in executing a search warrant in St. Paul where several <br />pounds of marijuana, three guns and $15,000 in cash were located. <br /> <br />Our VCET Officer executed two search warrants for the same case where 1 pound of <br />methamphetamine and $13,000 in cash was located. <br /> <br />Det. DeBoer signed a complaint against a 37 year old Richfield man for one count of <br />motor vehicle theft and 1 count of 2nd degree DWI-Refuse to Test. The maximum <br />sentence one both counts is 6 years and/or $13,000 fine. <br /> <br />Det. DeBoer signed a complaint against a 23 year old Burnsville man for Theft. The case <br />stems from a June of 2016 case where a roommate stole $1,200 in cash from another <br />roommate’s safe. Officer B. DeBoer was able to obtain fingerprints and DNA from the <br />crime scene that linked back to the roommate. The delay in charging stemmed from the <br />time it takes to get DNA/fingerprints back from the BCA. The charge carries a maximum <br />sentence of 1 year and/or a $3,000 fine. <br /> <br />Det. DeBoer signed a complaint against a 22 year old New Brighton man for one felony <br />level count of violating a No Contact Order. This charge carries a maximum sentence of <br />10 years and/or a $10,000 fine. <br /> <br />Det.
