Ensuring <br />timely and accurate capture and updating of file/cue information (creating files; updating files/records; courtroom <br />daily management). Create and send or post timely notices. Provide timely case -based information to legally <br />mandated individuals and organizations (i.e., Immigrationjudges and attorneys. Maintain and protect confidential <br />case -related information. Filling and assuming full duties for contractors as counter and telephone inquiries and <br />responses. Capturing data and generating basic statistical reports of case and court activity. Maintain all aspects of <br />jury management Reporting of courtroom proceedings in immigration cases and other legally mandated <br />proceedings. Provision of counsel, DAR transcripts, and expert assistance to indigent immigration defendants. <br />Provide and schedule language interpreters where legally required. Assist in securing and scheduling menta health <br />professionals for competency detemdnations. Evidence receipt and safe and secure storage of ROPs to and from <br />BIA and FRC. Use of an accessible facility appropriate for court proceedings. Accounting and fiscal needs (cash <br />management; deposits; receiving, recording, and properly allocating fine, fee, and surcharge payments; special <br />delinquent funds collection efforts). Assist in Imuran resources (recruiting, selection, evaluation) and benefits <br />management • Training and cross -training staff in operational tasks and fractions and in new and changed laws and <br />SOPS. Continuing education for court administrator advancement. Assist in purchasing supplies, equipment, and <br />services. Inventory and maintenance of equipment and technology to achieve maximum work product for telework <br />and site work.
