Consider Resolution Approving a Special Use Permit authorizing an 8-foot <br />fence for Applewood Pointe. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jacobsen, seconded by Councilmember Fynewever to adopt a Resolution <br />approving a Special Use Permit authorizing an 8-foot fence for Applewood Pointe Residential <br />Cooperative at 1900 Rush Lake Trail with conditions. <br /> <br />City Manager Massopust indicated Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola would <br />be presenting this item to the Council. <br />Assistant Director of Community Assets and Development Gozola stated Applewood Pointe is seeking <br />authorization to construct an 8-foot tall screening fence between its property and the industrial <br />use to the north.
