Cases per Detective — 7.31 <br />Case clearance rate — 96.5 % <br />Activity of Note includes: <br />On December 5th suspect Demetrius Larkins, 47 years of age, was formally charged with <br />Violation of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd Degree/Possession of Cocaine (punishable <br />by a maximum of 25years in prison and/or a $500,000 fine) and Fourth Degree DUI <br />(misdemeanor). Mr. Larkins was arrested by Officer Farmer on December 4th. Bail was <br />set at $50,000. Det. Sypniewski completed the investigation. CN 14015087. <br />V. COMMUNITY POLICING AND CRIME AND FIRE PREVENTION <br />ACTIVITIES <br />This section contains information on our community policing, fire and crime <br />prevention activities. <br />Officer Matt Farmer visited Daisy Troop 56854 on Thursday, Dec 4, 2014. The girls <br />learned about fairness and honesty and had a wild assortment of questions and stories for <br />Officer Farmer. Officer Farmer was complemented that "he was warm, helpful, fielded <br />many questions, and thankfully for all of us he declined to arrest anyone despite several <br />of the 7 -year-old Daisy's repeated requests to be arrested". The host also reported that <br />"It was a great time for all and I am grateful for his time and professionalism. Please <br />know I am grateful for the work of Officer Farmer and all of the dedicated members of <br />the Public Safety Department". <br />on <br />
