Mr. Farah is alleged to have <br />removed a cell phone from a victim on January 8th and another victim again on January <br />11th. Each violation is punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 <br />fine. Bail was set at $20,000. CN 15000364. <br />V.
