County Law Enforcement Center and the case will be presented to the Ramsey County <br />Attorney's Office for formal charging. CN 15006511. <br />Stephen Jeroy Mister, 42 years of age with no permanent address was formally charged <br />on May 14th with Assault in the First Degree punishable by a maximum of 20 years in <br />prison and/or a $30,000 fine and with Felony Domestic Assault punishable by a <br />maximum of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. Mr. Mister was arrested for the <br />shooting of a 24 year old victim that occurred on May 10th. Bail was set at $150,000. <br />CN 15006511. <br />Eric Lavell Wright, 19 years of age from Minneapolis, was formally charged with Violation <br />of the Controlled Substance Law in the Fifth Degree (Possession of more than 42.5 grams of <br />Marijuana). The maximum penalty for that offense is 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. <br />Mr. Wright was arrested by Officer Riedel on April 30th and was in possession of 185.25 <br />grams of marijuana. The investigation was completed Det. Lochen. CN 15005993. <br />Charles Pettway, 29 years of age from New Brighton, was formally charged with Ineligible <br />Voting, a felony, punishable by a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 <br />fine. Mr. Pettway was convicted of Controlled Substance Violation in the 5th degree, a <br />felony, in Hennepin County. Mr. Pettway is on probation for that offense, but, he has not <br />been discharged from the probation so he is not allowed to vote. Mr. Pettway registered to <br />vote and did vote on November 4th, 2014. Det. Lochen concluded the investigation. CN <br />15002660. <br />V.
