The maximum penalty for this offense is 5 years <br />in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. Mr. Richardson assaulted a24 year old female victim in <br />the 1300 block of 10th St NW on April 16th. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. <br />Bail is set at $60,000. Det. DeBoer completed the investigation. CN 15005220. <br />Tyler John Roberts, 23 years of age from Blaine, was formally charged with one felony <br />count of Violation of Controlled Substance Law in the Fifth Degree — Possession of <br />Hashish. The maximum penalty for this offense is 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 <br />fine. The investigation was completed by Det. Lochen. Mr. Roberts was arrested on <br />February 20th. CN 15002435. <br />On Tuesday, May 12th, at approximately 4:05pm, Detectives from the New Brighton <br />Department of Public Safety, with the assistance of officers from the Brooklyn Park <br />Police Department and the Hennepin County Violent Offender Task Force, arrested <br />Stephen Jeroy Mister, age 42, of New Brighton on probable cause 1 st Degree <br />Assault. Mister was taken into custody without incident in the 5500 block of Brookdale <br />Drive of Brooklyn Park. Following a dispute over a bottle of vodka, Mister is alleged to <br />have shot a known acquaintance with a handgun at an apartment building in the 1400 <br />block of 20th Avenue NW in New Brighton at approximately 6:25pm on Sunday, May <br />10th. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was transported to Hennepin <br />County Medical Center for treatment. Mister is currently being held at the Ramsey <br />71 <br />
