The vehicle left that <br />residence and went to another home in the 2800 block of 13th Terrace NW. The driver <br />pulled into the driveway and attempted to open the front door of the residence. Officer <br />Pyka made contact with the male and determined after talking to him and the homeowner <br />that he had no connection to this house and was attempting to elude Officer Pyka. Officer <br />Pyka attempted to identify the male who then became aggressive. Officer Pyka was able <br />to take the male into custody. A K9 requested and narcotics were found in the vehicle. <br />When the male's name was finally provided to Officer Pyka, he determined the male had <br />a felony warrant for a probation violation and a misdemeanor warrant for criminal <br />damage to property. The male was also investigated for driving while intoxicated and <br />issued a citation for that offense. <br />Employees of AN Group reported two people slumped in the vehicle in the parking lot of <br />the business around 4 pm on Thursday, October 24. The driver was unable to complete <br />field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI & driving after cancellation. His <br />evidentiary breath alcohol concentration measured .36. The 44 -year-old male from <br />Burnsville was booked at the Ramsey County Jail for 3rd Degree DWI. <br />Officer Kostohryz stopped a driver for failure to yield right-of-way around 9 pm on <br />Friday, October 25. His evidentiary breath alcohol concentration measured .09. <br />The 39 -year-old male from Spring Lake Park was booked at the Ramsey County Jail for <br />4th Degree DWI and an open bottle violation. <br />While working a Toward Zero Death traffic safety enforcement shift on Halloween <br />evening, Officer Farmer stopped a driver for failing to signal his turn and driving in the <br />wrong lanes of a construction zone around 8:30 pm on Thursday, October 31. The driver <br />admitted to having 2-3 beers while playing cribbage at a local bar. He failed field <br />sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI. His breath alcohol concentration measured .10. <br />The 76 -year-old New Brighton resident was booked at jail for 4th Degree DWI. <br />
