We intend to rebrand the store “Clearscape Supply.”
Historically, Clearscape has been a service provider and has not sold products. Our original
approach was to keep this focus and not open the D-Rock retail/wholesale business after moving
into the property.
After discussing the business in more depth with the Morrison family (current owne rs) we
decided that keeping this business open would benefit the community by keeping a local
landscaping supplier open and retain existing D-Rock retail jobs.
We also expect to see an increase in our landscaping residential installation work (ex. mulch and
paver patios) which will help counter the downward pressure Covid has had on our commercial
landscaping revenue.
