However, we do think <br />we should make a traffic flow adjustment to of how we’ll use the entrances and exits. <br />The purchase of the property is almost complete. An extensive environmental study was <br />completed on March 25th. We hope to close by the first week of April.” <br /> Traffic Flow Updates: “Clearscape employee crews and 3rd party landscape contractor crews <br />(wholesale customers) will be directed to use the property’s 8th Ave SW entrance / exit. <br />Consumers visiting the store will be directed to use the Old Highway 8 entrance as they have <br />historically been doing with D-Rock. Consumers that arrive with trailers will be asked to use the <br />safer exit to the North when they depart.” <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Showroom Update: “The existing D-Rock front retail entrance will be used after our remodel <br />project is complete. The existing very small “showroom” (10’ by 15’ entryway) will provide an <br />ordering will-call window. The bulk of the business will be web / phone orders for delivery or <br />pickup. We plan to follow D-Rock’s historical hours of operation which are: 8am to 6pm Monday <br />thru Friday, and 8am to 2pm on Weekends. During our remodel in May and June, we plan to <br />setup a temporary construction trailer / retail office.”
