Drainage <br />created by the proposed parking lot shall not adversely affect neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Storm Sewer <br /> <br />1) Provide documentation that Rice Creek Watershed District has reviewed the proposed plans. If <br />Rule C and Rule D are triggered, additional storm sewer planning will be required. <br /> <br />2) Provide a narrative of spill control practices for equipment stored near creek. Additional perimeter <br />control adjacent to the creek may be required pending review by city staff. <br /> <br />Watermain and Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />1) Show location of sanitary sewer and water utilities on site plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
