She understood that not every <br />organization had to meet every need, but rather needed to know how to get people the help they needed as fast <br />as they can. <br />Councilmember Allen discussed how the City had to become more service oriented over the past year in <br />order to navigate the community through the pandemic. He agreed the more connected governmental <br />agencies were the better it would be for local residents. <br />Councilmember Allen asked if NYFS would be able to meet the increased mental health needs of the <br />community due to the pandemic. Ms. Jebens-Singh stated she was striving to and she commended her staff <br />for being dedicated to meeting the needs of their clients. <br />Councilmember Allen commended NYFS and the Community Advocate for their tremendous efforts on <br />behalf of the community. <br />Consent Agenda <br />1.
